   Bid and take-off

   Every window treatment tag on the plans counted and priced, with unit prices for adds and deducts and clear exclusions, on BuildingConnected or by email.

2. 02

   Submittals

   Product data, shop drawings with a shade schedule keyed to the drawing tags, fabric test reports, samples and warranty, within 15 working days of award.

3. 03

   Mockups

   A full-size operating mockup of each shade type for the Architect’s review. Approved mockups can stay in place as part of the work.

4. 04

   Field measure

   Every opening measured after glazing, drywall and finishes are complete, so shades fit the as-built conditions.

5. 05

   Phased installation

   Installation released by floor, wing, building or unit to match your turnover schedule, with clean-up of our debris each visit.

6. 06

   Salvage and reinstall

   Existing shades removed, labeled and stored during renovation, then reinstalled, with repairs priced where needed.

7. 07

   Closeout

   Attic stock, operation and maintenance manuals, and warranty registered in the Owner’s name.

8. 08

   Warranty service

   One point of contact for warranty claims for the life of the warranty, not a manufacturer’s 800 number.
